It is amazing how common this problem appears yet JVC won't do anything to fix the problem. I too am experiencing this after owning the system for about 18 months. I am near Toronto and will be contacting JVC tomorrow. Thought I'd look for a remedy online first but it appears everyone is as lost as I am! Keep everyone posted!
