I am using jvc mini dv camcoder 16x zoom. despite of lens cap being opened, it is showing me message of lens cap & then showing me only blank blue screen. i m not able to record or playback the movies or photos of the cassette.

As I have mentioned numerous times in replies to postings requesting info on this problem, FULL details can only be sent to a DIRECT e-mail address, this done by clicking on my link (red) and entering it there.
(It would also assist somewhat if the camcorder model number was mentioned)
