The symptoms described would suggest that there is a component failing on reaching, and being at, a certain temperature for a prolonged period, the fact that you state it works again after being left for a while would back this theory up, as fault is clearing when the component cools down after switching off. Of course this is not liable to be the case for long, as its very likely in a short matter of time the set will fail at switch on. There is nothing you can do as it requires investigation by a technician.
