I have a JVC GR-D270U DV Cam. I haven't used it in awhile and when I did recently, I tried to play a DV tape and it was completely distorted. There were lines throughout the entire screen. I tried the same tape in another DV Cam and it played fine. I'm wondering if there is a self-cleaning mechanism or perhaps a cleaning kit that would possibly clean the heads. If this doesn't pertain to the situation, could you advise me of a solution please. The camera is only a year old and it's only been used a total of 4 times. Thank you in advance.
