Home | Previous messageHello, I have had a JVC DR-MH30 DVD recorder for just over two years. The problem I have is that when I try to record using the Record and Play buttons the machine is not responding but has no problem when I do timer recordings. Also I am unable to open the disc tray either by the remote control or by the button on the machine. I hope you can help me. Thank You, John

Its really a case of letting the logic circuit reset itself by completely unplugging the device from the mains supply for about 15 minutes or so, reconnecting and trying it out again, if however the situation hasnt changed any then it requires to be checked over by a service technician, as part of the logic control system could have developed a fault. This unplugging procedure applies to "ANY" modern logic controlled equipment that is malfunctioning. |
