hey i have a problem with my dv mini camera the lens cap seems to been on when it's not? my camera's issue is JVC GR-DX97U

Manufacturing defect. JVC will fix it for you if you download the form off of their site and send it in. Had mine fixed for free with the same problem, and it is a 4 year old camera.
