Re: Error Codes Assistance

Hi-- My DCR-HC20 doesn't want to eject our tape. I get a flashing signal (eject?) and an error code C:31:30 or C:32:30. I'll also get a warning to reattach the power source or to reinsert the tape. I tried the reset button on the side but that didn't seem to help at all. I'm off warranty and so I'm not interested in spending a lot of money on a repair.
