Re: Error Codes Assistance

I am having the same problem as Ken but with my DCR-HC38 handycam.

-When I turn it on, it shows the eject sign, and says "C:31:11", "Re-attach power source."

-I try to eject the tape and the "Do Not Push" part will not come up to eject my tape.

-I have tried with and without the adapter plugged in.
