Dear Stacy, Model: JVC Digital Video Camera GR-D30AG When I turned the camera to Record Mode, the LCD screen says "Lens cap", althogh the cap has already been taken off. When I record, I could only record sound without pictures. Please help. Many thanks indeed Roger
