Glad I could be of assistance with my 'Quick Fix' for the Sony DSC-S40 white/blank LCD screen problem. This is one goofy problem as there is no one situation when it rears its ugly head.

You could hardly believe it..., I could hardly believe it worked and I discovered it!! :-)
