Not sure if this will find you but I googled the problems I am having with our video camera. We have had it two years and used it maybe six times. I am extremely disappointed that I am finally needing to use it (son in football) and it started having black lines through it. I have been trying to find a cleaning kit but I tried four different places and no kit to be found. I know this camera has not been abused in any way it hasn't been used by anyone but me. Just wondering what could be wrong with it. I am not in the situation to spend lots of money on a new one but really don't understand that I spent so much money two years ago and its already junking out on me after only a handful of uses.
