Hi, yes I did. I took it to a local JVC dealer with a repair dept. It cost me $50.00. I still don't know what caused it. I would see if you have a JVC dealer or repair shop and they can fix it no problem. When it happend to me I was going in a hockey arena from the outside which was a different temp out side. That's the only thing I can come up with. The cam works fine now and I have had no problem since. I hope that helps Gary Huckerby
