Hi Eric, I too am having trouble with convergence along with everyone else. My first problem is that I don't have the user manual any longer and can not figure out how to adjust the +. I can get into the convergence menu, but do not know which buttons to use to move them. Would you mind sending me this information and a copy of the repair instructions just in case? I had the board replaced about 3 years ago and do not want to make another expensive repair. Thanks.
