I have a JVC digital camcorder model GR-D71U, serial 089V0707. Two problems. First my tapes will not play. When I press play, rewind, forward stop...it works...but no picture or audio comes up on the screen. It just remains blue. That's the biggest problem right now as I am trying to work at home to digitize to my computer. Also, when I try to record the screen is black and it says the lens cap is on...is this fixable?
