Did you ever find the solution to the JVC with the fait tick tick tick that won't power up. I hve the same thing 5 yrs old very fes hours and above symptoms

  I also have a 32 in JVC that just died while I was watching. The picture and sound went out and the red LED on the front flashes about every 5 seconds and makes a click every time the LED lights up. It will not turn on. Can you help?
