Hello,I have this clean head icon also in my handycam CCD-TRV32E (PAL) model. I can't record anything. I tried to clean the head but nothing happen. Also, I tried playing my tapes but I can't see any video and no audio only a blue screen and when I pause or rewind/forward the tape that's the only time I can see the video. Please send me instructions how I can resolve my problem. Thank you.
