Stacy, I hope you can help with an older model HR-XVC1U DVD/CD/VCR player. When I attempt to play a VCD, the disc's menu screen appears but the disc will not play. The letters "Pbc" are displayed, which I assume is an error code. Do you have any information about what the problem might be? Thank you so much, Gerry Erdman
