Re[4]: Sony DSC-S40 white LCD screen problem

Judith Gibson Posted Apr 06, 2008, in response to:Bob Allen

Bob - Thank you so very much for your "fix". Today I recharged my camera batteries and reloaded them in my camera but when I went out to take some pretty blooming tulip pictures (first of this year in our yard), when I turned on my camera, the LCD (or whatever it is called) was white. I took some picures and loaded them on my 'puter and they look fine. I have been researching Nikon D40X SLR for over a year and I panicked, thinking my companion would think I purposely broke my Sony. Then I decided to research the problem on the internet and "BINGO" I found this site and your fix for the problem. I love this little camera and have had for several years. I will still get a SLR sometime within the next year. Thanks again for your input to others for this problem. It sure helped me :-)! Judith Alpharetta, Georgia USA
