Hello. I have a DCR-TRV230 digital video camara. When I turn on my camara, even with a new cassete, appears in the lcd monitor the C:31:23 ERROR and the symbol for eject. So I turn off my camara, push the reset buttom, and the same thing happens all over again.I left the camara without battery for an hour, and the place where you putt the cassete open too, because in the guide for problems of my camara those are the indications. but nothing happens. Do you know hoy can I fix this? Thanks! Alejandra Otero.
