Unit is a JVC GR-D270U handheld recorder. The tape eject fucntion is not operating. When you open the bottom door the tape casement does not pop up or out as usual. Have not tryed to pry it or anything nor has the unit been dropped. Trying to figure out how to be able to use the unit. The screen displays "safeguard mode" when turned on. Thanks! Brian
