I have the same problem too! Anyone found a fix yet? JVC GR-D27OU MINI DV Camcorder. Less than 100 hours use and the cassette door now won't open or when it does it won't close, and then it doesnt want to eject the tape. Every other time it stops/starts it gives the dreaded SafeGuard 03 or 04 message and replacing the battery, ejecting the tape (when possible) doesnt help. This seems to be an obvious bug but its hard to tell if its mechanical, software or both. has anyone gotten a fix for this. Its a great cam but worthless if it wont work. Thanks!
