Re[4]: JVC service or questions

About 3 to 4 yrs ago, my tv got a surge which did not allow me access to turn on or off. I took it to a repairman and he said something got fried. He fixed it. The problem i was having was not use the remote to access the on/off switch. Do it manually. When ever i used the remote the tv would go dead. By unplugging tv for awhile finally it would catch and the tv would come on. Until recently it has worked, but now its starting up again but now just unplugging and plugging is not doing the job anylonger. My tv is a AV32D502, and its about 6 yrs old. Other than this problem the tv has worked great
