Sony CDX-A55, error code is E-99, we can see that disc is stuck in the reader, the rest of the magazine that holds 10 CD's is ejected and now we can't put the magazine back in, it won't stay in. It seems like the eject button is stuck or broken.

If there is no easy fix, is this something we could send to you for repair? The unit is out of our boat, and the power cable is on the boat, integrated into a complicated system, so we have no way of sending you anything but the unit if you can fix it.
