I have a JVC Enverio G series camcorder GZ-MG21u. I think that I have corrupted files. The files download fine to a folder on my computer but CyberLink PowerDirector cannot retrieve the files without an error message and then locking up the program. How can I fix this without deleting the files and re-formating the camcorder's hard disk?
