Was this error ever fixed. I just purchased a 2003 G35 and have the same issue.

i just recently purchased a 2004 infiniti G35 and the cd player will not play any cd's at all and "Check Disc" title shows up on the display for all cd's being placed in the cd player unit, CD-R's and real CD's how can i troubleshoot this problem? Thanks
