This is a very pleasant search response. I hope that you can help me. I have two cameras, both showing me the c:32:30 flashing error sign. They both have tapes stuck in them. One is a Sony TRV 900, the other is a Sony TRV17. I have used a head cleaner regularly with both. I also have a Sony DVR VX2100 that has done this once. I can find no one locally who even has a clue including the Best Buy Geek Squad or the "experts" at Circuit City. They all tell me to send them back to Sony expecting a 3-4 month turnaround and a fortune for repairs if they still have parts. I use the cameras for weddings and private functions. My resources are limited so hopefully you can give me some inexpensive advice. Thanks in advance.
