Hello. I have a JVC camcorder GZ-MG77U and it is a couple years old. The problem is an error message that will not allow me to playback or record. It says "Video management file is broken. To record/playback video, recovery is required. Recover? " Well...after I click yes, it appears to be repairing with an "hour glass" icon but it never repairs. After about 5 minutes, it simply says "recovery completed OK?" Then I hit the ok button and it just freezes and goes into the same error message. Any suggestions? Thank you.
