Its a factory design flaw in the ccd IMAGING SENSOR.....they fix it FREE.....SHIPPING AND ALL!!! I got it done on mine earlier this year (2008) and they paid for shipping, postage, repair....EVERYTHING and I had it back in about 1 week! Hope this helps....have a good one!!!
