JVC-GR323U videomovie camcorder not powering up.

I have a JVC Videomovie GR-323U camcorder. Great cam, has worked perfectly. Been in proper storage for a few years,recently started using again to send old VHS-c movies to computer ...was still working great. Then, changed tapes...powered on...and Bam...nothing! No response period. No shortaged in the cord, & battery wont even power up cam. Hours later..when trying to power up, the red led "power on" light faintly shows power. But no video in eyepiece. Where is the fuse located on this cam?? And what could possibly be the cause?
