I have an older Sony TRV72 that keeps coming up with error code C 3120 both in record and playback. It stops the camera operation and causes the tape magazine to jamb. I must shut the camera off, remove the batteery and re-install it a few times to get the film pack out. I have made sure that the heads are clean and that the betteries are fresh (including the flat button lithium memory battery). Any help here? Thank you Chet
