Re: LETS FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST SONY

joshua Posted May 08, 2009, in response to:Luis

Yes, I have had my TV less than five years. Yes, I paid a higher in Trust that I was getting TV that would last a long time. Yes, the TV died on my a year after the extended warrenty went out on me. Yes, I contacted Sony about the problem and they lied to my face about any known problems with that line of TV's. Here is what they told me. "The Sony KV-32HS510 TV is not known by Sony to be defective in any way and we are not aware of a problem. Sony does not address any comments published on, or quoted from a non-Sony website. However, based on the information provided it seems that the issue still persists even after following all the possible troubleshooting steps. I suggest you to have your TV serviced at one of our Sony service center to resolve the issue." It very easy to say you are not aware of any problems that are not published on your own website. The problems with these TV's are very widespread and its hard not to notice all the issues when you look on the Internet. I am all for getting to together and getting them to admit fault and fix the problem.
