Re: JVC service or questions

I have a JVC GR-D25OU video camera i have had it for a while. the othere day i was filming at the skatepark (it was really hot) i had it in the case most of the day, when i used it, it worked fine. when i got home that night, i tried to watch some of the footage i took and nothing would come up. it would say it was playing but only th blue screen would show up. i hit play the FF to see if i accidentally recorded somwhere in the middle of the tape, i didnt. i decided to try another tape to see if it was the tape. i had the same outcome with this one and even a third tape, so i know for a fact that it is not the tapes, please help, is there anyway to fix this?
