Re: JVC service or questions

We recently purchased a JVC camcorder, model # GZ-MG330AU. We went to use it today, and all we get is a blank white screen with horizontal lines. Can't get a picture or go to the menu. This camera was purchased just over 2 months ago and they will not take it back. Today is the first time we were trying to use it. Has anyone else had this problem with the screen?
