Re: JVC service or questions

I am having problems ejcting my cassett and it is in E04 unit in safeguard mode and it says to remove and reattach the battery.My model is GR AXM 250U, my concern is to know how to fix it or where I can send it for service.It is important because a very important event was recorded in the cassett that is stuck.Please I would appreciate it if you respond to my concern. I know that it is an older model but I would like to fix it. Thank you.
