I have the exact same problem. Camera about 18 months old, only been used about 6 times, no dust, no condensation, tape mechanism never been forced, never been dropped. I could playback the tape which was in the camera, ejected the tape to put another in, camera wont close, get this retarded information to connect the power supply. Tried running on battery and AC adapter separately, tried reset function, keep getting this retarded C 32:11 error. Apparently thousands of people have this problem. It is just a crap product. Don't buy Sony.
