Hello Stacy, I read your message on the Pecorin's website after finding a problem with my Sony Camcorder. It keeps telling me to eject the cassette and displaying the error code C:31:30 & C:31:30. I remove the battery which comes out alright but the cassette won't fully eject. I open the cover and it starts to beep, then it starts to whir. It will move into it's next position but it will not eject the cassette and will instead move back into the close position. Is there a way to manually open the cassette cover or some other way to solve the error, my camcorder is a SONY DCR-TRV20E. Please help, Michael
