When I turn my Sonny Handy cam on I get error C31-22 with a beaping sound. I took out the battery & the tape and let both of them dry for a whole night. When I turned it on in the morning it did not beap until I tried playing the tape. Then, I was back at square one. I have read the manual but don't seem to be able to pin point the problem, actually I can't find the solution. If you have a suggestion I would really appreciate it since I live far away, really far away from any sony dealership or a competent person I can trust to fix it. Thank you for your help.
