  I want a part for Sony handycam video camera model No.DCR-TRV-38E
  part number is not known.but it connector between CCD to Motherboard.
  If you can suggest the name and address where I can procure the part in India or UAE, please do it.

  Hi - I have a Sony handycam CCD-TR501E. Thank you for posting the threads on how to remove a stuck cassette. I tried it and I've managed to get the cassette out, but now the cassette compartment doesn't close and slide down - the compartment stays open! Could you please give me some advise as i'm trying to rescue this dying machine.....!

  Hi. HAVE A PROBLEM DUBBING 8MM FOOTAGE VIA I-LINK FROM MY SONY TRV 320E CAMCORDER TO DVD ON MY JVC MX1 DVD RECORDER. PICTURE QUALITY PERFECT ON DVD BUT SOUND IS VERY ERRATIC. CAN WORK WELL FOR 20MINS AND THEN SOUND BECOMES DISTORTED AND SOMETIMES COMPLETELY MUTES.SOUND FROM CAM ON THE LCD SCREEN SPEAKER ALWAYS OK. HELP!!
  HAVE THERE BEEN REPORTED PROBLEMS OF VARIABLE SOUND QUALITY FROM THE FIREWIRE OUTPUT ON THE CAM?

    I am wondering if anyone of you got this part. I could not get one too. Sony says it's discontinue. How could Sony do this without having a service part???
