My TRV-230E video camera has a big scratch on the lens, making it virtually unusable. Is the lens glass replaceable as a seperate part or would I need a new lens assembly ?

I have a Sony MHC-3600 mini stereo system. The CD player CDP H3600 has stopped working, with "no disc" error message. I am told I need a new laser,.
