Hi, I have a sony mavica 85. I have been getting the same formatting error code. I have tried everything listed above I'm still having trouble The 2 tabs that on each side of the disks opening are bent but it looks to me like thats the way it is suppose to be made???? I tried to straighten them out but they don't bend.
