I have a JVC av-32980 tc, and just recently it has shut off and i can't seem to get it to come back on. I've tried unplugging it and plugging it back in again, but it still doesn't turn on. Can you help? Also if you have some schematics that would be useful.

Hi I have a 96' model compact component system MX-D8T and though it's about time to replace it I would like to see if I could fix it myself first but cab't find manual. Can you give me specific or general troubleshooting info. for this system. It seems that the system can't read the cd's I put in (there are three stacked players). Not sure if their is a way to just clean it or what. thanks, Juli

    Hi there.
I am from Iceland and recently was given a JVC camcorder that was purchased in the USA.
    The camcorder is JVX GR-DX95E.

I used it for few day´s and now it has developed some kind of malfunction or condition that does not allow me to take video.

The problem with the camera is when turned on in auto or manual it shows no video image on the LCD screen.
The LCD screen shows up black with all sign and text info ok on screen but no image.

It is showing the distance signal blinking constanty in yellow at the bottom of the screen. The yellow blinking sign is I believe the distance sign i.e. the far distance (mountain logo) and the close distance sign (Person logo) and the left and right arrow between the above signs blinks together.

I have been unable to determine what this is and resetting the camera does not remedy the problem.

Are you able to comment on this and or should I send it in for repair.

    Best regards
    G.Vidarsson

When i turn on my digital camcorder, the LCD displays an E01 error. I followed the instructions of removing the battery and waiting a few minutes, but when i put the battery back in, the same message is displayed. I am not sure what to do next. I have a JVC camcorder the GR-DVL915 model. Does anyone know what i should do? Thanks!

My 32" interiart (model no AV-32WFT1EKS - purchased Nov 2000) TV switches off and can only be switched on again if you turn off the mains and turn it on again. Then sometimes it goes to fire up, the sound comes on and the picture does not, just a white and blue haze at the bottom of the screen for about 2 seconds before it shuts down again.

Supplier has taken it back to test and can't get it to replicate fault.

    Any ideas

    JVC Digital video camera GR-D201U
When I turn on the camera (in auto or manual mode) it automaticly turns itself off after 3 seconds.
Also I cant get the Date/time set,
I can only get the camera to stay on if I take out the recording tape, then After entering the date and time in about 3-5 seconds the fields go blank.
