I have a JVC GR-AXMU. Serial #08360039. One day it was working fine, the next it won't power up. I changed the small battery and tried plugging in a cord instead of the large battery. Is there a fuse inside somewhere that just blew? Please let me know what may be wrong. Thanks, Brent

I have a JVC GR-AXM250 Compact camcorder. When I turn it on the display says Lens Cap. I can't get a picture in the viewfinder or the LCD screen. Just colors. Everything else appears to be fine. What is my problem?

Apparently, the power issues also run to VCRS as well. I have had my HR-DD75OU for less than a year and since it was a gift from my dad I don't have any information as to whether it is on warranty or not. It has been working perfectly, but as of today, it has started refusing to power on. It would cut on for about three seconds and shut back off. Just like the TVS and camcorders and etc. If anyone can make a suggestion about some help for this problem I would appreciate it. My game consoles, dvd players and all that stuff is hooked up through the VCR, so if doesn't work at this point, I can't do anything else either.

Thanks for you offer to help. I have the problem of "operation paused, condensation, please wait" on my JVC GR-D60EK. I just missed recording the best holiday of my life in Madagascar. The camera has no condensation. I have tried the suggestions offered by some ie cleaning the sensor, and ever opening up the camcorder splitting it in two in an effort to reset it. All failed. What else could I possibly do to rectify this annoying problem? Hope you can help. Paul
