Stacy, I live and work in Venezuela. A pastor friend of mine bought a JVC VHS camcorder GR-SXM260. It no longer records any images. When you look through the viewfinder or LCD screen, all you see is red. When you start up, it says "lens cap", yet the lens cap is not on!! It will record sounds. Any suggestions? Thanks!
