I bought a new jvc MG360BU camrecorder earlier this year a few months ago . I used it once and then now after a few months i tried to start it it will not power on. I charged the battery over night and tried again nothing happens. please help. Mukesh

well my tv turns on but the screen doesn't pop up. the power light (blue) comes on but the screen just stays blank. Could this be the lamp? if you could let me know i would be very grateful. thanks again.

Hi, I have JVC GZ-MG360BU camcorder with 60GB. I just bought it 2 months ago and its hardly used. Yesterday it was working fine and suddenly it has started loosing focus as soon as I start the camera, may it be in video mode or camera mode. It just stays out of focus and nothing is visible on the screen, just blurry image as if zoomed at 800x. Kindly suggest if there is any setting that I might have mischosen something else. Hi...My JVC camera model # GR-D750U is stuck in safemode. It jumps to this mode on inserting a tape. It also seems to want to mangle the tape. If you know how to resolve this, please let me know. Thanks :) Kevin

I was wondering if you can help I've had my camera GR-D370U digital/video for a while but always kept it in doors battery off and in good condition I hardly ever use it but recently when I did start using it I noticed a small single blue dot that comes out in the pics and video and I can see it when I am recording it seems to bob around can you tell me why it's there and what it is.
