Hi Stacy, was there any solution to this problem , post copied below. Re: JVC service or questions Stephens - 20th May 2005 3:45 I have a JVC television, model AV-27S33. It is hooked directly to cable, no cable box. Suddenly, I am unable to tune ANY channel below 48, but any 48 or above come in crystal clear. There is no hint of a picture on the lower channels, even if I turn off the blanking. My VCR still receives all channels perfectly normally. This is not a matter of not having the channels programmed into memory, I've gone through the channel setup numerous times, it just won't pick up the lower stations. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Reply Re[2]: JVC service or questions Brandon - 25th Sep 2005 8:24 I am having the exact same problem. Earlier today I was watching channel 25 and it was getting snowier and snowier. Finally the signal gave out. I started flipping channels and I could not get anything under channel 48. Also, I intermittently could not get channel 98 & 99. I tried do a channel scan over and over again. I switch to air, I switched to cable. I unplug the TV for a couple hours. I changed the cables. No change. But my other 2 tvs and my VCR on this tv all receive all channels. I can't even watch my vcr on channel 3 of the TV (although I can watch it through the A/V connection). Re[3]: JVC service or questions Fred Tobinski - 8th Sep 2006 5:48 I to am having this problem with the channels. Is there any solution??? please help.

My GR-D30U makes a crackle noise when in the play mode and show a blue screen with flashing dashes and what looks like (tc) at the bottom left of the screen. It won't play. I tried using a head cleaner and no luck. Do you have any ideas?

i have a jvc dvd home theater system model # thm505 with the subwoofer model # sp-pwm505, the problem i am having is when i turn the system above 50 and bass hits the sub turns off. All of my speakers run out of the amp in the sub, so all sound is lost. i can turn the system off and right back on and it works just fine till another bass note hits. Also the fan on the back of the sub does not come on at all. Any help would be appreciated. I am replying to PECHORINS. Thank You.
