NO CD ERROR ON SONY MHC 3600.Cd player starts and then NO CD error appears and disc stops turning, any ideas what part could be broken ?.I have tried a cd cleaner but same error appears. thanks

  I had the same problem. No parts to replace. I have cleaned gently (very VERY gently!) laser emitting diode with a piece of very soft handkerchiev. In order to do it I had to dismount some parts of case. May be you have the same problem.
