I have a JVC television model number AV-27cm3 that was built in 1993. It has been working well until recently. Now when it is turned on the picture is about six inches tall. Sound is OK and color is OK. After it has been on for a few minutes, it will pop up to full size. Is this something that can be fixed for less than a new TV?

Did you get an answer back? Saw your problem and we are having the same one with the same model and year.
