I have a JVC GR-SXM920U Camcorder. My camera will not work because it had an E04 Code (unit in safeguard mode). What can I do to fix the problem? Thanks.

The tape could be stuck to the drum (E04 is a drum error), try a new tape, as long as the old tape comes out.
