Re: JVC service or questions

I have a GR-DX75 that I have had for about 3 months, and it suddenly has stopped playing tapes back. Both when I use the playback and look at the monitor, and when I attach it to another video device, all I get is either the blue screen, or a garbled screen that contains bits of images from several different tapes that I have shot. For example, I just recently shot video in Washington state, but now when I try to play it back to download it, I am getting a blue screen, that alternates with the garbled picture that shows part of the Washington tape, but also a couple of tapes I shot some time ago.
What do I need to do?
