Re: SONY C:13:01 ERROR

Jessica Posted Aug 22, 2004, in response to:anonymous

Help!! I have a Sony Mavica FD-200. It has a floppy disk drive and a memory stick drive. The floppy disk part quit working (because of C:13:01) about a year ago but the memory stick part was still working fine. I took some pictures 2 days ago that are irreplaceable. I took out the memory stick, put it into my HP Photosmart printer and it showed all 58 pictures were on the stick. I took it out, put it in my camera and now it says C:13:01 Format Error. When I put it back into my printer it now says "card access error". I am not really concerned about the camera, I just want the last 15 pictures that are on the memory stick. I tried using the trial version of Photo Rescue, it found a few pictures but they are ones that had been deleted months ago. If anyone knows what I can do to get the pictures off of my memory stick, please help! I tried calling Sony but they were no help at all. Thank you so much!!!
